Nick Cream is an Ethnic Studies and history teacher at Dean Technical High School. He is going into his 5th year as a teacher and his 5th year teaching in Holyoke. His hobbies and passions include any type of social justice activism, running, hiking, birding, anything involving being outside, and spending time with his partner Keri and his sweet doggie, Daisy.

Saskia Fabricant, Secretary

Saskia teaches English Language Development at Holyoke High School – North. She has worked in Holyoke for the past five years and is committed to the continuous improvement of Holyoke schools. In her free time, she loves hiking, traveling, and reading young adult novels, and general adventuring with her dog, Kota.
Katie Engelson, Treasurer
She/her/hers
Currently a K-2 Special Education Teacher at E.N. White School, Katie has worked for the Holyoke Public Schools for the past 25 years as a Special Education Paraprofessional, a Kindergarten Teacher, and, for the past 7 years, as a Special Education Teacher. She has been an HTA Building Representative for the past 16 years, stepping up to serve as the Membership Coordinator for two years prior to becoming the Treasurer. She has two children and three grandchildren, whom she loves dearly.
Anne Brennan, Member at Large

Anne has been working for the Holyoke Public Schools for 28 years, all at E.N. White School. She has two children: a daughter, Theresa, and a son, Patrick. She is also a very proud grandmother. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends! She’s looking forward to a year of positive changes in the Holyoke Public Schools and looks forward to making our HTA stronger than ever!
